Feature
1. The juice hot filling machine is mainly used in the juice filling operations. The three functions of bottle washing, filling and capping are composed in one body of the machine.
2. This 3-in-1 monobloc machine is for fruit juice, tea beverage, etc. Processing.
3. It is a fully automatic and multi-functions combined machine, which integrats bottle rinser, filler and screw capper in one unit. It is suitable for filling non carbonated beverage, such as fruit juice, wine, mineral water, pure water and tea.
4. Our juice hot filling machine direct connection technology is used between air conveyor and in-feeding starwheel to substitute in-feeding screw and conveyor. It is easy to change the size of bottles.
5. Neck-hanging technology is applied in bottle transportation. Instead of traditional starwheel, we use neck-hanging gripper to change the size of bottles easily, without adjusting the equipment height. Only arch board and star wheel such little nylon parts need to be changed.
6. The head of juice hot filling machine is made of better stainless steel, which is firm and endurable.
